WHAT YOU'LL GET
A structured Gateway placement designed to support your business while giving students meaningful exposure to your industry.

This includes placement coordination, clear expectations, health and safety guidance, and ongoing support from EarnLearn throughout the placement.

WHAT IS YOUR COST
Gateway is designed to be a low-cost way to engage future talent. Your main investment is supervision time and providing appropriate work experience during the placement.

Any programme fees or funding arrangements depend on the school and the structure of the Gateway programme.

How it works

Why take on a Gateway student

Gateway gives you early access to motivated young people who are keen to learn and gain real workplace experience. By hosting a student, you can assess potential early, support local schools, and help shape future talent for your industry.

It’s a practical way to build your workforce pipeline while giving students hands-on exposure to real work environments.

Duration

Typically one day per week for up to 10 weeks. Placement schedules are flexible and agreed with the school.
